 Join us as Dr. Chavi Eve Karkowsky, high-risk obstetrician and writer, reads from her new book "High Risk: Stories of Pregnancy, Birth, and the Unexpected." Dr. Karkowsky will share her experiences working with underserved women, reproductive rights, and how medical institutions save us and fail us, all at the same time. Dr. Karkowsky will share compelling stories from her work and from her personal life, as well as reflections from more than a decade of working in the front lines of what she calls "the best and the worst day of a woman's life".
